Copyright, Terms and Conditions
By using The Sound Surgeon's services, you agree to all of the following:
- Recordings to be converted by The Sound Surgeon are your property and are the original recordings.
- Copies made by The Sound Surgeon will not be further copied in any way and will be used only for private listening. No material will be broadcast, hired, leased or further duplicated in any way without the express permission of the Copyright holder.
- You take full responsibility for all Copyright issues. By submitting material to The Sound Surgeon for conversion, you certify full ownership of the material or the consent of the owner to have the material copied and stored.
- You will retain ownership of the original recording whilst in possession of the copy made by The Sound Surgeon. If the original recording is sold or passed on, then the digital copy must accompany it.
- While The Sound Surgeon will always treat your recordings with the greatest of care, should damage occur then The Sound Surgeon's liability will be limited to the value of the carrier medium and not its recorded content. The Sound Surgeon will endeavour to replace damaged materials with goods of a similar or better quality.
